Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Seerah AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Please read the section on religious guidance carefully — it matters more here than the usual legal boilerplate.

1. Who may use Seerah AI

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it current.

2. Religious guidance — please read

This is the most important term in this document. Seerah AI is a study and research tool, not a mufti and not a scholar.

  • Answers are generated by an AI system and can be incomplete, out of context or simply wrong.
  • Nothing the service produces is a fatwa, a religious ruling, or a substitute for a qualified scholar.
  • Always verify any matter of consequence — worship, family, finance, or anything you would act upon — with a trusted, qualified scholar and the primary sources.
  • Citations are provided so you can check the original narration yourself. Please do check them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and session secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. You may close your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

While using Seerah AI you agree not to:

  • Present its output as a religious ruling, or attribute it to a scholar or institution.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, sources or infrastructure.
  • Circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or automate access without our written permission.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share.
  • Use the service to harass, deceive, or spread material that misrepresents Islamic teaching.
  • Interfere with the service's operation or security.

5. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the questions and files you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them and return an answer. The classical texts the service cites belong to their respective rights-holders; the interface, branding and software remain ours.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it stands. We may add, change or withdraw features, and the service depends on external providers, so we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Usage limits may apply to keep the service usable for everyone.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or its users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of AI-generated answers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Seerah AI after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
